Peter heads up our vibrant and professional Commercial Team as the Commercial Business Manager. Peter specialises in Commercial Leasing, Commercial and Business Sales, Land Development and Special Projects. Peter joined Ian Wheatland’s sales team in 1991. He has experienced the highs and lows of the Geraldton market and always maintained total confidence in the positive future of Geraldton. He has been one of the driving forces behind Parkfalls Country Estate, one of the fastest selling land subdivisions in the Mid West region. Peter has a vast knowledge of every aspect of the industry and with his professional and enthusiastic approach, he has distinguished the firm with always being a high achiever. Peter has won numerous awards throughout his career both within the local market and within the Ray White group. Peter’s dynamic personality ensures the Ray White team all work together to make Ray White Geraldton not only the number one achiever but the most professional. |

Carolyn is an integral member of the Commercial Team, heading up the Leasing Administration, Strata Management and Human Resources Management. Carolyn is Ian Wheatland’s longest serving employee having been with the firm since 1990. Carolyn came to Ian Wheatland’s employ with a wealth of experience as a Bank Lending Manager and a Systems Controller in the mining industry. Carolyn selected Geraldton after travelling Australia seeking the perfect paradise. Carolyn and her husband are now bringing up their children in Geraldton. They make great use of the climate, beaches and sporting facilities, and whole heartedly believe in the future and opportunities in this fantastic city. |
