Kym has been in Geraldton for 19 years, so could probably be called a ‘local’. After finishing her schooling she moved on to work for the City of Geraldton as a pool lifeguard and gradually became a pool manager for the last 2 years of her 8 year career. Kym then moved on to working numerous part time jobs including Australia Post whilst studying Veterinary Nursing. Eventually she secured a position at a Vet Clinic and worked for 3 years as a Vet Nurse. Kym then made the transition into Property Management, after 2 years working as a Property Manager she is now our department’s supervisor. Kym’s role is to ensure the smooth running of the department and provide current and future clients with the service and professionalism they deserve.

Tracey and her family have recently re-located to Geraldton, after 6 years in remote Queensland and has joined the Ray White Property Management Team. Having 17 years experience in property management and being licensee of a Real Estate Agency in her former hometown of Mount Isa for the past 5 years, Tracey joins the Ray White Team highly qualified. She understands the importance of giving the most proficient and highest level of customer service.
Tracey approaches the everyday challenges of real estate and property management with professionalism, enthusiasm and diligence. She maintains a close business relationship with her landlords and your investment is her highest priority, whilst keeping a harmonious relationship with tenants. Tracey’s professionalism and service to her client’s earnt her mention in an article in December 2008’s “Your Investment Property Magazine” by one of her landlords. Tracey’s goal is to assist in making the Ray White Property Management Team the best and most proficient in town.

Sharon moved from Port Hedland Western Australia were she had been involved in property management for 3 years and a qualified property manager for 2 years. Sharon joined the Ray White Geraldton team in December 2008.
In this demanding job Sharon endeavours to be committed, diligent and professional in every aspects of property management. Sharon understands the characteristics of each of her clients and strives to deliver individualised customer service.
